The book was written in 1982 about the difficult martial art moves throughout Japan's history. Only 500 copies were produced. It is a real book, besides having been mentioned in the anime.
Videl bought Gohan Muzukashii Hon as a gift for him, and he claimed it would help him with his research.[1]
