Planet-Eater Moro is the escaped prisoner of the Galactic Patrol. He is the main antagonist in the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Arc.

Ten million years ago, Moro destroyed the Iragi Star System and brought mass extinction to about 320 planets. Later, while eating away the life energy of planets with his magic, Moro was attacked by Daikaiohshin and South Kaiohshin. Due to Moro getting more powerful than the two Kaiohshins, Daikaiohshin decided to seal away the Planet-Eater's magic by using his dangerous god power attack. Moro was then given to the Galactic Police for life-time imprisonment.
Galactic Patrol Prisoner Arc[]
Millions of years later, Moro escaped the Galactic Prison. He later noticed Son Goku locating him with Shunkanidou.
